Hey, I'm Naomi - brand strategist, designer and founder of Genesis Creative.
Bolton-based, with an accent nobody can quite place (long story), and fuelled by good food, travel and CrossFit (mostly trying and failing muscle-ups ha!)
I've been self-employed for over 10 years. It started in uni with an e-commerce print business - designing and selling my own prints across Etsy, Amazon, Shopify and more. At its peak my designs were stocked in TK Maxx and Homesense and featured in Vogue. I eventually turned it into a physical retail space, which was going well right up until a car drove through the front of it. Not a metaphor. An actual car. Through the actual shop front.
We'll skip past the drama and get to what came a year later - Genesis Creative. The word Genesis means "new beginnings" and aside from that being exactly what it was for me, it also represents what I help my clients achieve.
I'm a perfectionist with over a decade of experience, a First Class degree in Graphic Design and a genuine obsession with detail, consistency and brands that perform commercially. I work exclusively with lifestyle and wellness businesses because it's the world I actually live in. I train five days a week, I care about recovery and nutrition and I know your market probably better than most designers you'll speak to.
Every project, every decision, every client conversation - that's me. No handoffs, no account managers. Just focused, strategic, considered work from someone who genuinely cares about the outcome.
When I'm not working you'll find me at the gym, walking my sausage dog Misty, keeping two step-kids alive or eating and drinking something that completely undoes all the gym work.
